During the 2008-2009 academic year, Machine Science offered after-school workshops in Boston-area schools, introducing students to fundamental concepts in electrical and computer engineering. The workshop series, called After-School Career Exploration in Engineering and Technology (ASCENT), was sponsored by a generous grant from the Linde Family Foundation.
