Customers in the Boston area may pick up products directly from our Cambridge office. All other domestic orders are shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS). International orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We offer the lowest-cost USPS service for these international shipments, and shipping times vary considerably depending on the destination.

Merchandise in good condition may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase. The original purchase price will be refunded in full, but the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. In certain instances, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
